Using the same recipe I had did for the Strawberry Jelly Hearts Cheesecake
Very nicely done, Mi Mi... I wish I was your colleague!

DeleteHey! I went to simei phoon huat but cannot find. Whichever phoon huat you buy from?
DeleteHi Mimi, yours look nice and neat. I recalled mine wasnt perfect, some of the jelly mixture seeped through and mess up the cheese layer. I would want to try your recipe one day, may I know by chilling the cheese layers overnight, will it cause the jelly layer not able to stick to the cheese layer? Tks
ReplyDeleteHi Eileen, thks!! It will be better to leave e cheese mixture to set in properly b4 pouring e jelly layer on top. Jus press e sberry slightly onto the cheese layer.
DeleteNope, in fact leaving overnight is better. It will stick.
